Optimal use starts with a smooth submission proposition and the needed trainings.

We call this the submission phase, which is being executed by specialised employees:

  1. Planning of the delivery and the submission proposition
  2. The set-up and the preparation of the ordered material, in our lab
  3. The delivery and installation include also testing and configuring in accordance with your desires
  4. Training: the schooling sessions, including use, configuration, daily maintenance and sterilization, will after mutual agreement also be planned and taught
  5. The sign-off: after installation, and eventually a period of use, the In-Service Specialist will evaluate the installation together with the user and enquires after the acceptation of the material

A Project Manager will plan and coordinate the different tasks and specialists with bigger installations.
